We do not run advertising, we do not track you across the web, and we do not sell your data. Ever.

Name, email address, and message — only when you submit the form voluntarily.

Conversation messages you send to our AI assistant. These are logged to detect abuse and improve response quality.

IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Standard web server logs collected automatically on every request.

  • Chat conversations — to improve AI response quality, detect abuse, and monitor for policy violations.
  • Server logs — for security monitoring, debugging, and abuse prevention.

  • Contact form submissions — kept until no longer needed for business purposes, then permanently deleted.
  • Chat conversations — retained for up to 12 months, then automatically deleted.
  • Server logs — retained for up to 90 days.

We do not use third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. procode.rs is self-hosted on our own server — your data does not pass through any external cloud provider.

We do not share your personal data with any third party, except where required by law.

// mobile_apps Mobile & Third-Party Apps

This policy covers procode.rs and any applications published by ProCoders DOO — including apps distributed via Google Play, the Apple App Store, or Facebook. When we publish additional apps, app-specific data practices (such as device permissions or app-specific data collection) will be described in a dedicated section below.
